Brazil and Chile to play Pandanet Latin American League final match in Antigua Guatemala

Antigua Guatemala, Guatemala will be the venue of the the 6th Latin American Go Congress where the final match of the 8th Pandanet Go Latin American Team Championship will be played between Brazil and Chile on late October.

The 2024 PGLATC was played from February 4th to June 9th, with 14 teams divided in two leagues in a round robin format for each league.

On the League A, Brazil and Chile finished on the top of the table after a thrilling last round on which Chile beat Brazil and manage to win the tie breaker with Mexico, which finished third.

On the bottom of this League were Peru and Venezuela, which will be descending to the League B for the next season.

On the top of the League B we find Costa Rica and Ecuador, which means this two teams will be playing on the League A for the next season. This will be the first time in many years in which Costa Rica will be playing as a League A team.
